The left part of the sign says “Dvorets Kulturi” which translates to “Palace of Culture”, otherwise known as the cultural center. This building is typically known as “DK Energetik”
The way that the van dropped us off, I couldn’t get a better shot of the palace of culture. “Energetik” was the only thing I saw. I think that my girlfriend’s camera has better picture of this, just need to check it.
