Another horrible picture. Soviet-style buildings include a floor between roof and apartments, called Tech Floor. Mostly used for heating distribution, and whatever else the building maintenance wants. They are usually poorly maintained, not cleaned, there’s no light. This one also serves as storage for .. bedposts?

Looking towards the big dipper. Not a lot can be seen, due to trees slowly taking things over. The black building, which can be barely seen going towards big dipper has all the May 1st posters. That building is no longer safe, and as much as I wanted to go there, guide said that it’s just not possible
